    Return Policy Due to the completely custom nature of our products there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. This extends to all products we sell including, but not limited to: Custom wheels, MonoC Cast Wheels, Lug Nuts, Accessories, Apparel/Merchandise. Order Forms: When placing an order for a custom set of wheels we will ask you to DocuSign an order form. Please note, this order form contains important information about your order. Once the order form is signed, ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER. It is important you review your order form and ask your sales rep/dealer any questions that you require clarification on. If you are unsure of any detail, DO NOT SIGN THE ORDER FORM until these details have been clarified. Shipping Policy YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH. WE DO NOT SHIP TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS. In-Stock items will be shipped within 1-5 business days depending on current workload. This timeframe can be delayed by a few business days. We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible Shipments will arrive 3-7 business days after leaving our warehouse Shipments to the lower 48 states are sent via USPS or Fedex Shipments to AK/HI/PR are, by default, sent via USPS. If you would like to upgrade to Fedex for an extra charge, please contact us. Intl shipments are sent via USPS or Fedex Shipping time on backordered items may vary. Return Policy All items and services provided by Heritage Wheel. may not be returned for credit. All wheels are sold AS IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Returns are granted at the sole discretion of Heritage Wheel. Heritage Wheel will charge a 30% restocking fee on ANY returned products. No exchanges. Our responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement ONLY. We do not offer financial compensation other than the return of product for a refund. In the event of a return being granted, buyer is responsible for packaging the product exactly as it was sent out and returning it, insured, with a major freight carrier. Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of its condition a refund will be issued. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs for any returns. Tire Mounting: ONCE YOU MOUNT TIRES ON THE WHEELS YOU OWN THEM. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SIZING/FITMENT BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR ALTERATIONS ONCE TIRES HAVE BEEN MOUNTED. Custom Products: Absolutely no returns on custom products. A Custom product is defined as any product that is not pre-made and stocked on our shelves, or a stocked product that has been modified for a client. This includes, but is not limited to, custom cut lips+barrels. Custom built wheels. Wheel refinishing services. Wheels resized or refinished for customer. Machining services. Wheels redrilled for a customer. ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE INITIATED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PRODUCT. NO EXCEPTIONS This warranty provision limits you specific legal rights: Our responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties, conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded and barred without limitation. Heritage Wheel. does not accept liability for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages or for products not being available for use.
